Senior Science Technician - Wednesday 14th October 2020
NJC Level 3D points 7-11 (£14,247 - £15,421 actual salary)
30 hours per week, term time only + 5 CPD days

We are looking to recruit a confident and highly organised Senior Science Technician to work in our busy Science department. The role involves directing, deploying and managing a Science Technician and providing technical support to teaching staff in school laboratories, classrooms and preparation areas.
You will be responsible for undertaking the lead role within the Science department on both routine and non-routine checking, cleaning, maintenance, calibration, testing and repairing of equipment to the required standard. You will also need to oversee the smooth running of practical classes and maintain a safe working environment.
Lincroft Academy has an excellent reputation locally and more widely across Bedfordshire and the neighbouring counties.
