Site Agent, Lincroft & Oakley Primary Academies - Monday 3rd December 2018

Site Agent, non-residential

37 hours per week, full time

Level 3d points 18 – 21 £18,870 - £20,541pa

Appointment to start as soon as possible

The Site Agent will join the existing site team to assist the Facilities and Building Services Manager in the smooth running of the Academies by carrying out a range of caretaking and minor maintenance duties. This will include the security and supervision of the site and related equipment, porterage, cleaning and maintenance in order to ensure that the school provides a clean, safe and secure environment for its staff, students and visitors.

To understand Health and Safety Policies and ensure that all duties are carried out with due diligence to health and safety procedures.

We are looking for someone who can show care and commitment, who is willing to work hard and have a flexible approach to changing demands of 2 busy schools.

A trade skill and knowledge of cleaning operations would be an advantage. Supervisory experience would also be very useful.

A full clean driving licence is essential to assist in maintaining the Academies fleet of minibuses, and as part of a multi Academy Trust you may be required to provide support to one of our other schools.

Hours of work will be 37 hours per week, 10.30am to 6.30pm Mon –Thurs and 11am to 6.30pm on a Friday. But flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave across the SAF site team may be required.

A new opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic administrator to assist in the efficient running of our busy school office. Providing an administration service, which supports the EVC Coordinator in organising residential trips as well as supporting the School Admissions process with the annual intake of students and leavers and assisting the Data Manager with student reports and analytical data.
You will also be responsible for effective communication between the school, parents and professional bodies.

Exam Invigilators - Friday 27th April 2018

Part time, casual contract

Salary – £7.83 p/h

Hours: Invigilating hours between 8am and 4:30pm

The transition of Lincroft from a middle school to a secondary academy took place in September 2017. Supporting this move, we are now recruiting for Exam Invigilators who will assist with the directing of public and internal examinations, during our exam periods.

You must be able to demonstrate that you are organised, have good interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and the ability to remain calm when working to deadlines.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
